At Arafaan, every perfume, attar, bakhoor and fragrance product is carefully packed to maintain purity, hygiene and luxury quality.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes, attars, fragrance oils and bakhoor products cannot be returned or exchanged. We accept returns only if the product is damaged, leaked, wrong, or defective at the time of delivery.

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must share clear opening video, product photos, order ID and contact details for verification.
Once your claim is approved, refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever applicable.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. For urgent cancellation requests, contact us immediately.
